10.0 "Fantastic people focused service. Can't fault it."

  • +I would recommend contactfamily. I only needed them in the beginning of our split because that’s when things were most difficult. My former partner and I still use the service if tensions rise again. We managed to agree our financial arrangements through the service too.

10.0 "When contactfamily got involved I no longer had to endure horrible texts from my husband."

  • +He used getting in touch about the kids, to have a go at me. But I couldn’t cut all contact as there was a court order in place. So contactfamily took over al the communications – and things really improved for me. I was able to change my phone number and communicate via this centre.

  • +We just couldn’t agree on anything but we needed to communicate about our two girls. So we handed over the communications to contactfamily. They were sensitive and helpful – always keeping me informed. I found it very supportive and things improved.
