Register for Membership

The ContactFamily service is a free service for partner agency referrals, and a monthly subscription service for other clients. Charges are £40 per month, or £100 per three months or £350 per year per individual.

You will need a personal email address and access to a PAYPAL account (unless you have been referred to service by a partner agency). Please ENSURE you have the details of any Co-Parent if you are registering as a LINKED member. This will allow the Co-Parenting Calendar to be shared across family members.  

Your personal page is only viewable by yourself after a successful login.   Services available to you include the ContactFamily Co-Parenting calendar, Message Centre and Service News panel.

Members Login

Login to the Services is Password protected and only Active Members with the correct Password will be able to access their Service Page.

Reset Password
If you need to reset your password, you can do this via the Profile Update within your page.

Forgot Password
If you have forgotten your Login Password, simply complete the Forgot Password process and the Admin Center will send you details to Login again.
Your Personal Page

Your personal page is the core of the ContactFamily Service, and is ONLY available to Active Members. Services include :

1. Co-Parenting calendar
2. Request a new calendar event
3. Send a message
4. Service News panel - updates
5. Change your profile details

Please ENSURE you have the Email address of the LEAD Co-Parent if you are registering as a LINKED member. This will allow the Co-Parenting Calender to be shared across family members.

The LEAD member is the first co-parent to register with ContactFamily. All subsequent family members need to be registered as Linked members to the Lead member.
Co-Parenting Calendar

The ContactFamily co-parent calendar is a great tool for families to share individual and family events between a number of LINKED members. Key to the process is a lead (the first family member to register) being the LEAD member, then all subsequent members are LINKED to this member. They can all then add calendar events and view all family events within the calendar.

Details:
By clicking on the individual highlighted date (with live calendar data / activity) the member will be presented with a box  detailing the information created for that event. Details will include Event Title, Date, Time, and event information.

Quick View:
By hovering the mouse over an individual date the calendar will pop-up the headline details of the calendar event.
Message Request

Members can send the ContactFamily Admin Team a private message. The message will automatically be routed to their personal allocated key worker. Once sent, the member will receive a confirmation Email. All merssages will be actioned within the 24 hour target.

Message length is limited to 100 words, and the text will be reviewed by your key worker prior to being actioned / forwarded to any co-parent.
Request a Calendar Event or Change

To add/delete/amend calendar events, simply complete the Calendar Add Event process via your personal page. Add all the details you want the Event to reflect, then send. Your request will automatically be routed to your ContactFamily key worker who will review and gain approval from other co-parent. Once agreement reached, the co-parent Calendar will be updated by ContactFamily.  

Request Bulk Calendar Event Updates

To add multiple events (up to six weeks in total) it is possible to add a list of Events and their details via the Add Bulk Events process via your personal page. Individual events can be added to the Bulk Events file (spreadsheet) and uploaded to the ContactFamily team. Your requests will automatically be routed to your ContactFamily key worker who will review them all and gain approval from other co-parent. Once agreement reached, the co-parent Calendar will be updated by ContactFamily.  


ContactFamily Message Board

The message board is a personal view of all the system notes left for you by the ContactFamily admin team. These notes can be personal (for you only) or issued to all Service users. Simply scroll through them as required.
